(1) USA Boxing Rulebook (download from www.usaboxing.org)
(2) Coaching Olympic-Style Manual (highly suggested)
(3) Pens/pencils/highlighter/paper
This is the last clinic before the Virginia/North Carolina Golden
Gloves in March. You must be certified to work in any corner.
Criteria for LBC/Regional Coach:
1. Must be of 18 years of age.
2. Must attend certification clinic every 24 months.
3. Must be certified before participating in the capacity of coach.
4. For Level II (Regional) Coach applicant must have coached and
worked the corner in any of the following competitions:
(a) USA Boxing, Golden Gloves, or Silver Gloves Regional
Championships
(b) PAL, NCBA or Armed Forces Championships
5. Pass a 100 question written test with a passing score of at least
70%.
6. Pass a Sexual Abuse and Molestation background check.

DIRECTIONS:
From I-64, take I-264 East Virginia Beach Oceanfront (12
miles). Turn right off of 21st Street, (I-264 and 21st are one in the
same) at the 2nd light past the Virginia Beach Convention Center, onto
Cypress Ave. Proceed to the corner of 10th and Cypress Ave. (about 1
mile) and the gym is to the immediate left. Please park in the parking
lot across the street.
