The number of local professionl fighters is steadily increasing. There will be an even larger increase after the state and regional tournaments. Although there is no local promotion, some of these boxers get enough action to keep them going. Some of them have out of town promoters and are doing well. Others take matches wherever they can find them. Most of them would like to fight locally. The fans would prefer that also. Maybe someday----
